Ladipoe was born on 29 April 1992 in Lagos State, Nigeria. He is a native of Ilesa, Osun State. His passion for music started during his university days in the United States, where he co-founded a group known as Lyrically, alongside his friends Kurt and Jeffrey. Ladipoe’s mother introduced him to Tec, one of the members of the SDC group. However, not much is known about his family background. He announced the birth of his first child in 2021, but the identity of the baby’s mother remains a mystery.

CAREER

Ladipoe is a successful rapper, singer, songwriter, and pianist. In 2017, he was signed to Mavin Records, a music label owned by Don Jazzy. Apparently, Ladipoe was the first rapper to be signed by the record label since its major rebranding from Mo’Hits in 2012. Ladipoe’s signing to the label made him join the likes of Rema, Ayra Starr, Magixx, Korede Bello, Crayon, Johnny Drille, and Spice as artists under the label.
